FunFit Summer Policy
If FunFit Kids is forced to shutdown for Summer 2021 and does not run camp due to Covid-19, a full tuition will be refunded minus registration and credit card processing fees. If FunFit Kids is forced to shutdown for a portion of the Summer, only those days and/or weeks in which FunFit Kids is closed will be refunded in full, less registration and credit card processing fees.
A $300 deposit is required for each week of camp. There is a $250 cancellation fee for all weekly camp programs and a $500 cancellation fee for full camp enrollment. Requests for refunds must be received in writing prior to June 1, 2021. There will be no refunds issued after June 1, 2021.
There are no make-ups for camps. A camper’s weeks are able to be switched pending availability (price may vary). All transfers must be made before June 1. Camper weeks cannot be transferred to another child including siblings. There are no refunds or discounts for being absent due to sickness, vacation, inclement weather, other programming, or any other reason including moving, unexpected circumstances, etc. If a family pays for multiple weeks in full and would like to cancel certain weeks, they can do so before June 1, 2021. There will be no refunds or credits granted after June 1, 2021. If a family pays for swim lessons and would like to cancel certain weeks, they can do so before June 1, 2021, minus credit card fees. There will be no refunds or credits granted for any reason after June 1 if lessons are canceled by the parent. Early drop off and extended day programs can be added with 24 hours notice, or as needed pending availability. Picking up after 5:10 PM EST will result in a $30 late fee per child for every 15 minutes.
